Delivery

We aim to make delivering your order as quick, easy and hassle free as possible, from finding what you need on our site to it arriving at your door.

When you place your order with us online before noon Mon - Fri our team will process and try to ship your order the same day, any orders placed after that cut off will be processed and shipped the following working day.

We offer free delivery for UK mainland postcodes. 

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. 

Items will usually be delivered in 1-3 working days.

We use several different couriers as our delivery partners in order to offer the best, most efficient service as possible, and to cover as much of the UK as we can. Each of these couriers will contact you with a 1 hour delivery window prior to delivery when possible.

 

Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, some areas of the UK remain difficult for us to reach through our standard delivery partners and as such may involve longer delivery times and some additional charges; these include but are not limited to Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight and the Channel Islands.

Please contact us for large bulk orders as these will require a specialist pallet delivery service.
